Dear, I take a moment to introduce myself: I am Johan Jans, from Ninove (against Aalst) Belgium. I have been living on the Costa Blanca South for 10 years. First in Cabo Roig (10 km south of Torrevieja) and now in Lo Crispin also 10 km from Torrevieja and against Benijofar, Ciudad Quesada and Rojales).

That is why I have now set up a kind of Belgian-Dutch house … the office space has already been purchased … and … the intention is to provide my compatriots with a perfect service and this at fair prices … because That’s what bumps me most against the chest here in Spain ….. the ignorance of the foreign buyer is sometimes shamelessly misused to charge high (er) prices for everything.

All services will be offered at a correct and fair price … and … our target audience are Dutch-speaking customers .. I do not want to be the umpteenth office on the Costa Blanca that wants to sell as many houses as possible to all possible nationalities … no …. the service and price-quality is a priority

My working method

I am fully at your disposal to help you find / find a property here on the Costa Blanca and this of course completely without obligation and without any obligation / pressure and this without extra and / or unnecessary costs.

My goal and intention is to provide correct and good information and to ensure that you do not pay too much (which unfortunately does happen a lot)

  1. If you work with me you do not pay 15% costs (notary, registration fees, attorney, etc …) as most offices charge (with us about 11 to 13.75% depending on the purchase price of the home, they also my calculation examples)
  2. I provide (if you wish and without obligation) a good, affordable and independent and registered lawyer that you need when buying a property in Spain.
  3. When executing the deed at the notary, I stay with it all the time and take care of the translation, because of course everything happens only in Spanish.
  4. When purchasing a home you need a NIE number almost all offices charge you 300 euros (150 € per person) I do that free for you (you only take the passport photos and the only cost you have to pay is the tax stamp of 9.6 euros) If you need a proxy You also only pay the “Spanish” price with us, ie € 120 for the 2 persons NIE and power of attorney included).
